This listing is for beautiful, large vintage aurene iridescent Scarab beetle glass accent jewels. They measure approximately 1 1/2" x 1", (38 x 25mm) each. What makes these scarabs special is that decades ago these molded cast scarabs were made much thicker with a height of 1/2" or more.
When light touches these accent jewels, rich colors are transmitted and reflected. These pieces create alternatives in lamp and panel production when used not only for traditional designs, but also as an exciting addition to contemporary pieces.
